This clip show a time-lap sequence from the experiment at Gl. Torv in Aalborg, Denmark. The responsive light scenario is very simple: bring more light when persones are detected in the area around the lamps, a simple procedure – but it accord a range of different behaviors for ethnographers to enjoy. We believe this new responsive lighting paradigm has many very interesting social and participatory potentials.
